I have used the Clay Dry Silk Deodorant for the past 5+ years. I am a creature of habit, so once I find something that works, I stick to it, and I do not feel a need to try something new.
I am a fan of this natural deodorant is because it is ALUMINUM FREE. Parkinson’s disease runs in my family; from the research I have done, products with aluminum are not recommended because of the effects it may have on your health. I also like the fact that this deodorant is not antiperspirant. Antiperspirant deodorants clog up your pores. As humans, we are meant to sweat in order to release toxins. The Clay Dry Silk deodorant works perfect for me. Even though I am athletic and have a physical job, I stay fresh all day because I naturally do not sweat much. I also like the subtle scent to this deodorant; I do not like strong scents.

I love this deodorant. I found the white pine at Whole Foods a few yrs ago for my boyfriend but I never tried it myself. About 2 mths ago I stopped using my dove and tried the vegan original and Ive been hooked. It smells fresh and clean and gets the job done.

The original silk formula glides on easily and has a nice citrus smell. It seems to work a bit better than the commercial deodorants like Old Spice that you can buy in the grocery store. Like all deodorants it doesnâ€™t stop you from sweating, but Clay Dry does keep the odor away and seems to do a better job of keeping you dryer than the commercial brands. All in all itâ€™s a good product and worth the purchase.

A+ product, shipping and service. My local store stopped carrying Silk unscented and only stocks the Bold which I find too dry and gritty for my skin. So happy I can purchase this superior product directly from the website!

After years of searching and trying various underarm products, I finally found the best match for me. Even after intense training (lots of sweat) it keeps odors in check (neutral).

PROS: All natural vegan ingredients, no harmful compounds, unscented, the "SILK" version glides on easily. Let's my body do its thing without the funk.

CONS: None so far.
Highly recommend it.

Bought this from Whole Foods after hearing great things from this company on YouTube. Used it a few times and it did keep me from smelling, but it caused my armpits to turn a reddish brown color and the texture of my skin turned rough and dry. My guess is that the fragrance in the deodorant is what caused the reaction. Oh well, now I have a barely used deodorant that I canâ€™t use. My advise it to stay away if you have sensitive armpits, otherwise go for it. As for the texture, it glides on smoothly and does not smear all over the tube.

Decided to pick this up at the nearest Whole Foods after seeing good reviews on this brand on YouTube . Sadly it caused my armpits to have a reaction to some product in the deodorant. Maybe itâ€™s the fragrance extracts added. My armpits get itchy every time I apply and they have gotten a reddish brown color. The texture of my armpits have also changed. They look and feel more dry. Now Iâ€™m left with a barely used deodorant that I cannot wear.

Have been using Clay Dry Silk for a number of years, and love the product. Non-staining. So happy they have the Sandalwood in Silk now.
