The lavender scent calms me down all day long. I love that the ingredients are vegan, few, and transparent. The only thing that I am still not a huge fan of is the feeling of putting it on. Because of the clay base, there is no "glide" at all like the popular deodorants I am used to and it kind of sticks to the skin as you try to roll it on. I have figured out how to do it without pulling my skin but it could be irritating if you aren't careful. Would love to see the clay texture dialed down just a bit- but it honestly won't stop me from continuing to purchase. I'll be back!
This product works pretty-much just as well to remove the sweat smell as the original (solid and silk) version of the lavender deodorant. ClayDry overall works very well for this purpose, just as well as conventional deodorants. However, this version has less of the earthy lavender smell of the old version and more of a mild-to-medium sweet, floral, chamomile essential oil smell. I honestly barely smell lavender in this new version. Personally I prefer the original version, but this one is also nice. The smell is not too strong, which I also like.
