This soap smells sooo heavenly. I love clean scents and have sensitive skin, so this was perfect for me! I would use this any day, but especially on a stressful day. This soap relaxed me; using this made me feel as like I was at a spa. Because I know that this is made of natural ingredients, I don’t have to worry about chemicals. I’m easily allergic to fragrance, but this didn’t make me itchy at all.
I purchased this soap, initially, because of its scent. It smells awesome, and you can smell the rosemary AND lavender. It has an herbal, fresh smell (but not perfumey). I was looking for a shampoo bar as I don't use sulfate shampoos anymore. After using liquid castile soap for a couple months, I was ready to go back to natural soaps as shampoo. I'm Black, and I have thick coily hair. I rubbed this soap into my scalp/damp hair, and it was GREAT. It lathers well. A little goes a long way. It rinses clean and left my hair/scalp squeaky-clean. I always follow with an apple cider vinegar rinse. My coils & curls were clumped nicely, clean, and SOFT! Just what I needed (as I don't use hair conditioner anymore either). I love this a shampoo bar, and I can't wait to try the others. Highly recommend :)
