I have very sensitive skin and have had a fair share of terrible experiences with face masks. When I first applied the Charcoal face mask there was a stinging sensation and I was afraid it was going to be another one of those over-powering face masks that leave my face feeling super dry and tender. However after 5 minutes it passed and I began to feel the mask doing its work. I waited about 15 minutes before I started to wash it off. I immediately felt the difference. Underneath the charcoal mask my skin felt incredibly soft and clean! I would highly recommend this product!
I tried this mask and found it to be different than the other masks from Adama. After applying it I started to feel the charcoal working on my skin. It doesn't get as hard as the other clay masks. After maybe 20 minutes of leaving it on, I started to rise it off. Make sure to use a lot of water as traces can be left behind and stick to your towel. Overall I liked the results, my skin looked and felt fresh and clean. Will keep using it to see further results. I definitely like it better than other Charcoal masks I have purchased before.
I've used charcoal-based masks in the past and have liked them so decided to try this one. It's definitely better than the other ones I've used. It has a mousse-like texture when applied and a pleasant aroma that's not overpowering. I left it on for 15 minutes, then rinsed off. It did tingle a little when it was on, but no burning. It comes off easy but takes a while. You can feel it draw out impurities from your pores like the description says. My skin afterwards was supple and smooth. I'd like to try the other masks in this line but will definitely come back to this!
